About Barbara Asinari

With deep roots in Melbourne, Florida and the many communities that make up Brevard County and our Space Coast, it is my pleasure to provide outstanding client services to buyers and sellers as an agent with NextHome Space Coast Experts. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I offer additional expertise for senior adults and their families and an encyclopedic knowledge of the many active adult communities throughout Melbourne, Palm Bay, Viera, Suntree, Rockledge, and other areas of the region.

For sellers, I offer exceptional negotiation expertise and certification by the National Association of Realtors as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). That means that I am dedicated to vigorously pursuing the best price and best terms on your home sale. I offer meticulous attention to detail, consistent communication, and exemplary organizational skills. That adds up to a smoother, stress-free transaction from the first meeting all the way to the closing table and beyond.

For senior adults and their families, I offer an understanding of the challenges you face when relocating to a new home. Let me connect you with the services you need in our area to help make your move easier and provide additional support throughout the process.

My clients often tell me that the thing they appreciate most about my service is that I am willing to go above and beyond in order to make their goals a reality. Whether it’s finding the right service provider at the last minute, collaborating with colleagues to close on your timeline, or simply offering expert knowledge and reassurance during the process, your satisfaction is my number one priority. Whether you are an experienced seller or a first-time homebuyer, you can count on me for the answers and the expertise you need every step of the way.

In my spare time, I love giving back to the community we share and spending time in Florida’s beautiful outdoor recreation areas. It is my privilege to volunteer with several local feline rescue groups. In addition, my joy is spending time with my family hiking, traveling, and watching sporting events, especially college football.
